Terms and conditions

INSPIRATIONS WARRANTY:
Inspirations Furniture Guarantees to repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material defect, for a period of two years from date of purchase. This is provided that your furniture has been cared for in accordance with the manufacturers care instructions, and is not a result of normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the material used.

This warranty is in addition to the rights granted by relevant State and federal laws, and in particular the Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding State Fair Trade legislation. Please ensure that you keep your receipt and or order confirmation in order to validate your warranty.

PAYMENTS:
A standard deposit of 25% of the order total is asked for on confirmation of all orders with any balances owing to be paid either before or on delivery of your goods.

STORAGE:
Goods not collected or delivered within the specified period will require further payments as follows:
If storage is required for a period over 30 days from the arranged date orders are required to be paid to a minimum of 75% of the invoice total. Due to limited storage facilities, items held by Inspirations Furniture over the 30 day leniency period will be subject to further storage fees.

MADE TO ORDER STOCK:
Items which are made to individual customer specifications, which have been ordered specifically for a customer, cannot be returned, unless these items are proved to be faulty.

REFUND CONDITIONS:
In addition the rights granted by relevant State and Federal laws, and in particular The Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding State Fair Trading legislation; Cancellation of orders will attract an administration fee equal to 20% of the value of the goods.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Furniture is sold for domestic use only unless specified. Risk of these goods will pass on possession. Title will pass on only upon receipt of full payment by either cast or clearance of funds into our bank account
